While our county has sustained substantial damage in some areas the town of Sparta was not significantly impacted so all clinic and hospital facilities are open. We do have a walk in urgent care M-F 8-4pm. Unfortunately, we still have several patients without power and some that have not been able to get out from their houses yet. But we are blessed and know our neighbors in Ashe, Boone and further west have much worse conditions. Our prayers are with all of them. | 10/8/24 |
