The Perfusionist Advisory Committee (PAC) may conduct investigations into alleged violations of the Perfusion Licensure Act , and if necessary, conduct disciplinary hearings to determine the validity of any allegations that a perfusionist may have violated the Act. The PAC currently holds meetings twice a year.

PAC Member Terms
The terms for Dr. Hines, Mr. Shearer and Mr. Gannotta ended on October 31, 2010.
Mr. Shearer’s & Dr. Hines’s requests for reappointments will be considered by the North Carolina Medical Board at its November meeting.
Mr. Gannotta is not seeking reappointment to the Committee. A request for his successor has been sent to the NCHA.
