All licensees are required by law to keep current home and practice addresses - both street addresses and email addresses - on file with NCMB. If email, practice or home address changes, the licensee should update his or her information with the Board within 60 days.
Licensees can update their information 24 hours a day, seven days a week using NCMB's online licensee information portal. You will need your File ID number to log in (alternate means of login available if you do not have the File ID number readily available). Select "Address" from the menu to update all email and street addresses.
