How ready are you to support the state's efforts to increase COVID-19 vaccination rates in North Carolina? To help NC DHHS assess potential challenges and barriers, NCMB has agreed to help conduct an anonymous survey of licensees.
The survey touches on becoming a community COVID-19 vaccine provider (offering the vaccine to patients at in your medical practice) and on needed resources that would help clinicians with the sensitive task of counseling patients about COVID-19 vaccination. The survey takes about two minutes to complete.
