                    All professional corporations (PCs), professional associations (PAs) and professional limited liability companies (PLLCs) are required to renew annually with the North Carolina Medical Board to maintain their corporate status, and the legal and financial protections it provides.<br />
<br />
Renewal must be completed by close of business on Dec. 31. Entities that fail to renew will be dissolved by NCMB.<br />
