NC CSRS adds feature to highlight pharmacy errors

On February 26th, 2025, the NC Controlled Substances Reporting System (NC CSRS) is launching a new feature, Dispensation Error Notifications, for registered users with the role type of Pharmacist, Pharmacist in Charge, Dispensing Physician and Veterinarian (dispensing).
The new feature will send automated emails to users regarding their pharmacy’s NC CSRS data submissions if the file or record(s) contain error(s). Users will continue to receive notifications each day error(s) exists for the previous 30 days of submissions. This new feature will not replace any notifications sent to PMP Clearinghouse account holders.
