Blue Cross medical director, pain management physician appointed to NCMB
Gov. Roy Cooper recently announced the appointment of Dr. Anuradha Rao-Patel, a lead medical director for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and a pain management physician, to the North Carolina Medical Board for a three year term beginning Nov. 1.
